The beautiful 2.5-room attic apartment is located in the Lorraine district in a quiet location, directly by the Aare and in the greenery, near the Lorraine Sauna.
The apartment is flooded with light, quiet, and offers a beautiful view of the Aare. A small oasis of well-being with a personal atmosphere.
I am looking for a reliable and careful female flatmate for temporary subletting from October until the end of February. The apartment is completely furnished and furnished with my personal belongings.
Since my situation has changed in the meantime, I will presumably be in Bern less often myself. Due to this shared use, the rent is correspondingly reduced.
Taking over the apartment might be possible by arrangement.
