The apartment offers **95 m2 living space** and a **100 m2 large rooftop terrace** and is ideal for professionals or students who appreciate a quiet and pleasant living atmosphere. Also, **short rental periods** of a few months (e.g. short assignments at Kantonsspital Aarau) or **weekly commuters** are welcome. **Move-in is possible immediately.** No **rental deposit** or **extract from the debt collection register** is required.
