Room in a shared flat

I (m, 36) am renting out a shared apartment room (14.5 m2) in my 3-room apartment. The room is located on the southeast side and has 1 window. The apartment has 81 m2 (without balcony). It is located in a quiet location. For shopping, there is a Volg and a small Volg very close by.

About me:

I am a rather quiet person, but one who also values social contact. In the evening after work, I usually need some time to myself.

Professionally, I work as a customer advisor at EKZ (Elektrizitätswerk des Kantons Zürich). Originally, I obtained my Fachmatura in the field of Social Work at the Fachmittelschule in Romanshorn. My hobbies are reading, tennis, playing piano and guitar.

Living together:

It should not be a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). Occasional shared activities, e.g., cooking together, would be nice.

Additional info:

• Costs for electricity, utility cost surcharges, and recharging the laundry chip will be billed separately (50:50) and are EXCLUSIVE

• The entire apartment can be used
