For the period from **1. January 2027 to 30. April 2027**, I am renting out my very beautiful, furnished **3.5-room apartment in Fällanden** for a limited time as a sublet. **The apartment** * 96 m² living space * 11.5 m² large loggia * 3.5 rooms (1 bedroom and 1 office / dressing room) * Year of construction 2021 * modern and high-quality standard of finish * very well-maintained condition * quiet and pleasant residential location The apartment was **newly built in 2021 and was first occupied by me**. Accordingly, it is in a very good and well-maintained condition. The apartment is a **non-smoking household** and was inhabited without pets and without children. **Furnishing** The apartment is rented out **furnished**. **Note regarding the bedroom:** The bedroom is rented without a bed. An individual bed including mattress must be brought along or organized for the duration of the rental. **Rental price** **CHF 2'400.– per month.** The price is **all-inclusive** and includes: * Service charges * Electricity * Internet **Location** A train station with connection to the S-Bahn network is located in Schwerzenbach, 2km away. From the residential complex, bus stops (Industrie, Gemeindehaus, Zil) are reachable in around 500m. Shopping facilities are available in the vicinity approx. 300m away (Migros, pharmacy, ATM), further infrastructure facilities (post office, bakery, butcher, etc.) are offered by the centers of Fällanden or Schwerzenbach. The Greifensee is approx. 1.5km away. **Rental period** **01.01.2027 – 30.04.2027.** The apartment is rented out exclusively for this period on a limited basis.
