Room in a shared flat

Room with a private bathroom and balcony, plus a 25 m² studio one floor above. Whether you make music, paint, sew or work on other creative projects: the studio has electricity, natural light and skylights, is soundproofed and can handle the occasional splash of paint. It’s a space for making things, not just keeping things tidy :) You’ll share the kitchen and living room with me (33) and my kindergarten-aged daughter, who stays with me around half the time. I’m looking for an independent working professional, ideally in their late 20s to mid-40s, who genuinely needs the studio for their work or creative projects.
