**We are looking for** We are a quiet married couple (32 and 40 years old) and are looking for an uncomplicated, responsible, and non-smoking person or a quiet couple as a flatmate or subtenant. **For exclusive use:** * two bright rooms (approx. 50 m²) * one large bathroom * one separate WC * one private cellar compartment The kitchen and dining room are available for shared use. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment. On the floor plan, **your private areas are marked green** and the **communal areas are marked orange**. **The apartment offers:** * **Spacious living area:** Two bright rooms with a total of approx. 50 m². One of the rooms has direct access to the balcony. * **Private bathroom:** Spacious bathroom with a large shower and sufficient space for additional furniture, e.g., a cupboard. * **Separate WC:** Directly next to the bathroom. * **Private cellar compartment** * **Garage:** Can be rented additionally **by arrangement** with the administration. **For shared use:** * Kitchen _(own refrigerator must be brought)_ * Dining room * Laundry room * Bicycle cellar **Rent CHF 1’083.– per month including:** * Heating and service charges, on account * Electricity, on account * TV & Internet * Serafe, proportional **Location:** The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and in a house with a total of only four rental parties.
