2 ½ rooms apartment

Yes, the floor is orange 🫠 but we have solved this very well with wood and cool color elements (like the carpet) and you can convince yourself :D Our ground floor apartment is located in the heart of Zurich (7-minute walk from HB, 5-minute walk to the Limmat) with very good public transport connections and close to 3 supermarkets (Migros, Alnatura, Aldi) The apartment has a storage room instead of a basement (same floor) We have our own washing machine and dishwasher and in the neighborhood, relatively good parking spaces can be found in direct proximity to the apartment, if you have a blue resident parking permit. We are looking for an apartment that has a few more square meters, as my partner works from home and now needs more space.
