Room in a shared flat

Hello, we are looking for you starting from 02.22 as a roommate for our approx. 200m2 maisonette in the Winterthurer Altstadt.
Who are "we"? A couple, but also two independent individuals Rhea (32 years) and Mario (35). We live together in the largest bedroom. Unfortunately, Mario works a lot as a doctor, often has his nose buried in books or articles about world events, or dashes through Winti on his bike to his small allotment garden. Rhea works as a psychotherapist in training, liked going to the Gisi-Kaffi (GISI BLEIBT) with friends and is interested in art history.
We are politically left-wing, (queer)feminist, try to live in cozy order and can also let a 5 be straight sometimes. It is important to us to live together with people with similar views. We are both smokers, but only smoke out of the skylights and not otherwise in the apartment. Subjectively, this has not resulted in any odor nuisance so far. We enjoy lively conversations over a beer or tea, cooking, going to concerts, watering plants and much more.

Now to the apartment: This is centrally located and, with its large windows, offers a view of woody roof slopes and winding alleys.
Well 20m further away lies the central Steinberggasse, where pubs and restaurants line up and local food is offered at the market twice a week. In good 5min you are already at the Winterthur station with good connections to the neighboring towns (to Zurich, for example, it is only 20min depending on the connection).
The apartment is distributed over two floors. There is a bathroom with a tub or shower on each of the two floors. We use the upper floor as a large, cozy living room for everyone.
On the lower floor, there is a kitchen with built-in cupboards, two storage rooms and a pantry with a washing machine/tumble dryer as well as three rooms. From 02.22, 2 rooms will become available. You would move into one of these rooms (approx. 22m2) as your private realm. There is also a cellar compartment as well as an inner courtyard, which may be shared by us. The price for your room and the shared use of the apartment would be 1060 CHF and 76CHF service charges. More precise details will be gladly explained during a meeting.
