Profile sought

I also live in the duplex and my children are present part of the week. Everyone has their own spaces.

I am looking for a single person, student or professional, calm, respectful and careful.

As the accommodation is fully furnished and maintained, everyone is simply asked to take care of their private space and to leave the common areas clean after use.

Ideal for a person looking for more comfort, space and privacy than a classic flatshare.
