I rent my stylish and bright 2.5-room loft apartment in Emmenbrücke until mid or end of September. The apartment has **huge windows, an open, modern kitchen with complete equipment, a super comfortable box spring bed, a bathtub and a private basement room**. The furnishings are high-quality and consist of completely new furniture. The apartment is located directly on the Reuss. For the duration of the sublease, I also provide my **pink oldschool bike** and my fitness subscription for the **cool, large fitness center directly in the house** - **both are included in the rent**. **Rent:** negotiable **Important:** A sublease agreement will be concluded for the period of the sublease.
