Room in a shared flat

The room is in a detached house in the countryside. Quietly located and in nature.
We are already living as a group of three in the 7.5Zi. house. Due to someone moving out, this room will become available as of 01.02.27.
It is located on the 2.OG and has a shared bathroom.

The room is only suitable for a single person.

We are three young adults (all approx. 30 m/f/m, employed) and are looking for a new female roommate. It is important to us that you are sociable, tidy, and considerate. In our shared flat, we value good togetherness, short conversations in the kitchen, and occasionally a shared pizza night or a round of Mario Kart. 🍕🎮

This is what you should bring:

• similar age
• employed
• non-smoker
• no pets
• no loud instrument

This is what awaits you with us:

• three uncomplicated roommates
• a pleasant balance of privacy and community
• a relaxed atmosphere with room for humor and small shared moments
• A garage or outdoor parking space can be rented additionally

If this suits you, we look forward to getting to know you.
