Room in a shared flat

I am a woman in my 40s, working part-time as a specialist teacher at a secondary school, and I am looking for a sympathetic female or male flatmate for pleasant and harmonious living together.

It is important to me that it is not just a purely functional shared apartment (Zweck-WG). We certainly do not have to do things together all the time, but sympathy, honesty, mutual consideration, and a relaxed togetherness should be there. Cleanliness and consideration during night rest are particularly important to me.

The living room, kitchen, bathroom, corridor, garden, and cellar are used communally. Upon request, the study can also be used. For the common rooms, we divide the chores (Ämtli) fairly among ourselves.

The bedroom can be taken furnished with a bed and wardrobe for an additional charge, or you can simply bring your own furniture.
