Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! 😊

I am Johann, 33 years old, work in the technical field (office) and study design on the side. In my free time, I like to ride my bicycle, go swimming, and engage with CAD, 3D printing, and art.
Although the apartment has three bedrooms, I am deliberately renting out only one – for more peace, space, and privacy for two people.
I am rather quiet, open, and uncomplicated. A friendly, relaxed coexistence is important to me – not a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only), but of course with enough personal space for everyone.

The apartment

The beautiful 4.5-room apartment offers three bedrooms, a huge living room, two WCs, a large balcony, and sufficient storage space.

The bedrooms are rather small, but in return, the common rooms are all the more spacious.

The room is still unfurnished. If needed, I am happy to help find inexpensive and well-maintained second-hand furniture.

Location & transport connections

Bern station can be reached by bus in approx. 23 minutes. During peak times, the bus runs approximately every 5 minutes.

Who I am looking for

A friendly, reliable, and uncomplicated person who values cleanliness, mutual respect, and pleasant coexistence.

No chain smokers and no pets, please.

I speak German and English.
