1 room single room

We are looking for a new person for our 7.5-room shared apartment in a large detached house with a garden, available immediately or by arrangement. Living with us are Nina (35), Kevin (39), Fabian (38) and Alyssa (25). We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just share rent and a refrigerator, but wants to help shape a real home.

How we tick

We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes): We enjoy cooking and eating together, having spontaneous drinks, working in the garden, starting projects, or playing darts in the garage.

At the same time, everyone has their own life and opportunities to retreat at any time. Openness, humor, consideration, and uncomplicated coexistence are important to us.

Location & Surroundings

Our house is located quietly between forest and meadow, with beautiful sunsets and an impressive starry sky.

The Gasel train station is about 15 minutes downhill on foot; on the way back, it is around 20 minutes uphill—a short walk with a training effect. A train runs from Gasel every half hour and brings you to Bern in just under 15 minutes.

A car, scooter, or e-bike is an advantage, but not strictly necessary.

Our animal roommates

Four cats and two turtles live with us. The cats move freely in the house, and the turtles have their own realm outside.

Your room

Two rooms are available to choose from, which differ in size and location. During the viewing, we will look together to see which one suits you best.

CHF 680. for the room with almost 12 m²
CHF 550. for the room with almost 7 m²

The prices are excluding utility costs. Common rooms, the garden, and the usual infrastructure can, of course, be used. Electricity, water, heating, internet, and other household costs are distributed separately and fairly. We will be happy to tell you the specific total amount upon your inquiry.

Who we are looking for

You are open, uncomplicated, and community-minded, enjoy contributing occasionally, and at the same time respect everyone's retreat spaces.
