Room in a 2-person shared apartment for rent

I am renting out a bright and cozy room in a 2-person shared apartment, directly at the Storchenstrasse bus stop. The room is available from February, and the rent is 780 CHF per month, including utilities (without Wi-Fi).

The room is unfurnished. In the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) and its own washing machine – so you don't have to worry about laundry days! Additionally, there is a beautiful garden that you can use.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, ideal for studying, and is very conveniently located: you can reach the Universität St. Gallen in just 7 minutes by bus or in 20 minutes on foot. A large Migros is only 5 minutes away.

Please note that a cat lives in the apartment (which I take care of). Therefore, the room is unfortunately not suitable for cat allergy sufferers.
