Room in a shared flat

My lovely, unfurnished room (8m^2) with its own balcony access is looking for a new tenant as of 1. November. It is part of a furnished 2-person shared apartment with generous common living space. The centerpiece is a large living room with a cozy fireplace, complemented by a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The balcony offers plenty of afternoon sun and a beautiful view of the Glishorn.
The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building that is currently only sporadically occupied by two other people and is thus very quiet. The well-kept garden with old apricot trees is used communally, as is the laundry room.
The house is located 3min on foot from Coop and 5min from the nearest bus stop. You can reach Brig station on foot in 15, or by bike in 5 minutes. There is the possibility to rent a parking space additionally.
You will live together with Simon (29), who works as a natural hazards specialist and prefers to be in the mountains in his free time; with skis, bike, or rope. Besides that, he enjoys cooking and plays various string instruments. Living together is personal and uncomplicated: shared dinners and conversations have just as much of a place as quiet and individual time.
