Location: Viale Stefano Franscini 3 – very centrally located, within walking distance of the train station, university, and city center. The lake is also easily accessible. Supermarkets Migros and Coop are just around the corner. Apartment: The 4.5-room apartment is approximately 100 m² and is located on the 3rd floor of a modern building with an elevator. The apartment is shared by 3 people in total. It features a large, furnished living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and balcony. Room: The room is approximately 23 m² and has a private balcony. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Two large built-in wardrobes provide more than enough storage space for personal items.
