Hey,
ich am 25 years old (female) and work in nursing. From 1.February 2027, I am looking for a new female flatmate who is interested in a cozy and relaxed home.
In my free time, I like to be out with my friends, enjoy going out to eat and enjoying relaxed evenings. At the same time, however, I also value my time for myself and a quiet evening at home. I am always up for a glass of wine and good conversation.

Your room
Your room is 14.9m large and features its own modern bathroom with a bathtub. Between the room and the bathroom, there is additionally a small room that can also be shared.
In addition, there is a dressing room that we can use together.

The apartment is 2.0m in total and offers plenty of space to feel comfortable, especially the loggia with a view of the small park. The apartment is located quietly, so you can also unwind wonderfully after a long working day.

Location
The apartment is located between Kreuzstutz and Littau and is well connected.
-The bus stop Kanonenstrasse or Grenzhof is located directly in front of the front door.
-With the bus, you are at the station in approx. 10 minutes.
-Shopping facilities can be reached in about 5 minutes.
-If you have a car: A parking space in the garage can be rented for 2.0.-

It is important to me that we both feel comfortable in the apartment. I am therefore looking for an open, uncomplicated and reliable female flatmate, with whom I can also enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa, but can also enjoy privacy just as well.
