During a long trip, we are renting out our bright and fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Wabern near Bern. The apartment offers plenty of space across 78 m², a spacious balcony, a separate office/guest room, as well as a parking space in the underground garage with direct access to the building and elevator.
The apartment is ideally suited for a couple, a single person with a home office, or individuals looking for a fully equipped living solution in the Bern region for a few months.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed 180 × 200 cm. The separate office can be used entirely as a workspace and additionally features a guest bed 140 × 200 cm, which can be used if needed.
The living room is completely furnished and equipped with a new 65-inch TV. The kitchen is also fully equipped and offers everything for daily use.
Particularly practical are the numerous built-in cupboards in the entrance and hallway areas, which offer plenty of storage space.
The apartment also includes a beautiful, spacious balcony that provides additional outdoor living space.

Location

The apartment is located in Wabern, immediately at the gates of the city of Bern. The location combines a quiet residential environment with very good connections to the city center.
The nearest tram stop is reachable in approx. 6–7 minutes on foot. With tram no. 9, you can travel conveniently and directly towards Bern Bahnhof. Wabern station is reachable in approx. 10 minutes on foot and offers additional connections to the city and surroundings.
Shopping facilities and services for daily needs are also located in the immediate vicinity.
A major plus point of Wabern is also the proximity to Gurten and Aare – ideal for walks, sports, and relaxation in the greenery, while the Bern city center remains quickly accessible.

Rental Period

1. November 2026 to 31. March 2027

Preference will be given to a person or a couple who wishes to take over the apartment for the entire period.
Rental price
CHF 1'880.– base rent per month
plus approx. CHF 200.– for utilities and internet
Total approx. CHF 2'080.– per month incl. underground parking space and furniture.
