Your roommates and vibe
You share the home with 5 Young Professionals (26 to 35 years old, Tech/Consulting/Healthcare). We are professionally engaged and often on the go, but appreciate a well-maintained togetherness and the occasional exchange over a glass of wine on the terrace. IMPORTANT: Since we all work a lot, a clean and tidy home is very important to us. We are looking for someone who naturally shares this standard and proactively helps to keep the apartment clean.

We are looking for: A working professional (no students).

Costs and conditions

Rent: CHF 1684 (All inclusive: utilities, electricity, internet, cleaning service)
Deposit: approx. CHF 6375 (amount in final clarification, deposit in a security deposit account)
Furniture Buyout: One-time approx. CHF 600 to 700 (share of inventory)
