Hello everyone! I am renting out one of the rooms in my 3.5 room apartment in Bussigny, available on August 1st Here are some details about the apartment: It is on the 3rd floor with a large balcony offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Just a 5-minute walk from Bussigny train station, so if you need to go to Lausanne, it's super convenient (10-15 minutes by train)! The EPFL is easily accessible by bike or by train + metro. About Bussigny: It's a very welcoming small town! Everything you need (La Poste, Migros, Denner, pharmacies, Sunstore, butcher, dry cleaner, post office, BCV, veterinarian, hairdresser, ...) is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Regarding the available room: It is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with an east-facing exposure, which means morning sun and a soothing view of large trees. For the rental, we can arrange the duration (6 months or more). A few words about me: I'm 33 years old and I'm a sports enthusiast (climbing, horse riding, hiking, paddle, ...)! I appreciate calmness at home, and between you and me, my culinary skills leave a bit to be desired! Also, I am gluten intolerant... so if you're passionate about baking, it can be complicated! If you're interested and financially solvent, don't hesitate to contact me! The rent of 950 CHF includes all charges: water, electricity, SERAFE, wifi, etc... so you won't have to pay anything else.
