1 room apartment

I am renting out a cozy, large room in Basel. Additionally, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom are available. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Since I am myself only in Basel very rarely, you will have the apartment mostly to yourself.

The room is equipped with:

• Bed
• Wardrobe
• A desk can be provided additionally upon request.

The hallway and the bathroom will be empty upon handover, so that you can use the space according to your own ideas.

Framework conditions:

• Move-in: Immediately or from 1 November
• Occupancy: Maximum 1 person
• Rental duration: Limited until 1 September 2027
• Extension: A longer rental duration may be possible.

If you are interested, I look forward to your message with a few pieces of information about yourself and your desired rental duration.
