Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone
I am looking for new roommates—or also just one person who would like to rent the entire upper floor with two rooms, its own balcony and bathroom—for a beautiful, bright 4.5 room apartment in the quiet Zelgli Quartier at the edge of the forest and yet directly in the city within a 5-minute walk; I can imagine anything. Principally, it is a large, great house with a garden in which only one other party lives for rent on the ground floor, who are super lovely. The garden is used jointly for gardening, relaxing, soaking up the sun, barbecuing, or otherwise. The apartment has a large living room with new wood parquet and a balcony, enough storage space, and the cellar is also included. One room is located opposite the kitchen, with high ceilings and also wood parquet. The other two rooms are on the upper floor via a separable staircase along with a bathroom; the larger room here also has an additional large balcony. Both rooms upstairs are equipped with silent fans. Each room also has a hidden extra space in the wall for storage.
Downstairs there is another bathroom; both bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The apartment has a complete kitchen with oven, steamer, extractor hood, dishwasher. The washing machine and tumbler are in the cellar. Laundry can be hung out in the garden or cellar.
So far we have lived as a group of three; two are now moving out.
I could principally imagine anything—the apartment is large enough for 3-4 people as a shared apartment or couples, but can also be used as two separate apartments in the upper/lower floor with a separate kitchen and living room. Age is not important to me, all-gender, cats welcome—the main thing is that it fits.
So far I live on the upper floor, but I could also imagine moving downstairs—so the room layout is flexible and can be designed creatively.
About me—I am employed, I work in the hospital and I enjoy it. However, a work-life balance is very important to me and a beautiful home where people get along. I am not in the home office and am also often out and about, which I think is totally okay, but I do not want a purely functional shared flat (Zweck WG) but rather that everyone feels comfortable and also contributes and cares.
