2 ½ rooms apartment

I rent my 2.5 room apartment temporarily from 01.09.2026 - 31.05.2027 (a bit of flexibility, possible by agreement). The apartment is located 7 minutes' walk from Au ZH train station. In 10 minutes' walk you are on the beautiful Au peninsula. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need. The apartment also has a garden seat. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking spaces can be rented for CHF 45.- per month. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has no elevator. Subletting period: 01.09.2026 - 31.05.2027 (a bit of flexibility given) Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. If you are interested, write to me with a bit about yourself.
