The room is 11m² in size and will become available on 1 November 2026. An earlier move-in might be possible by arrangement. The monthly rent is CHF 630.00. The house has 10 units and was completely renovated in 2013. There is a large shared cellar compartment, a laundry room with a tumble dryer and a separate drying room, as well as a covered bicycle parking space for shared use. Luzern station can be reached on foot in 20 min., by bicycle in 8 min. and by bus in 10 min. The nearest bus stop is only 2 min. away on foot.
