Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a furnished shared apartment room in our spacious flat from October until the end of December. Move-in and move-out are flexible or negotiable by arrangement. We are currently three: myself Indira (30Y), my partner Fred (30Y), and Raffi (26), who is however only partially in the apartment when he is in Winterthur. The room is furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We have a large, cozy living room with a balcony as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, you have your own bathroom. Since I will be traveling partly during this time, I will move into Fred's room, which makes my room available for this period. We are looking for an uncomplicated, open and pleasant person who is interested in relaxed shared living.
