Room in a shared flat

A room is becoming available in our shared flat, ready for occupancy from September 2026. The room is bright and approx. 12 m² in size with one window. You will be living with 3 other people in the apartment. It is 7 min walking distance from Winterthur station, 15 min from the Old Town/parks, 5 min from the shopping center and approx. 20 min from the nearest forest. We have a large and bright living room with a TV. We live on the 1st floor and have a cellar as well as an attic. Our kitchen is spacious, has an oven, 4 stove plates and a dishwasher - so everything one needs. The bathroom & WC are separate! Perfect for a shared flat :), and we even have a bathtub, in case you like bathing. Vasiliki (24, w, queer) studies psychology part-time at the ZHAW and works part-time in an office in Zürich. In her free time, she likes reading and cooking (vegi & meat), browsing flea markets, traveling to countries, riding horses, trying out different sports and is regularly at the gym. Raves, fashion and nature are also among her passions. She describes herself as an orderly, quiet, open, profound, empathetic and reliable person. She enjoys spending time with others, but also regularly needs moments for herself and then withdraws. When she comes home, she loves to chat a little, philosophize about everything possible or simply lounge and exist together on the couch on exhausting days. :) Moritz (24, m) studies at the PH and works as a teacher in a primary school class. In his free time, he likes reading, cooking (vegan) and spends a lot of time with people who are important to him. For him, the balance between shared time and time for himself is very important when living together. He likes to have a cozy conversation during dinner or to play a board/card game together. We wish for a shared flat life in which there is space for joint activities and a familiar, harmonious togetherness. Since we are not a purely functional shared flat, we are looking for someone who wants to get actively involved – whether in occasional cooking & game nights or generally in the organization. Reliability, cleanliness and respectful interaction with one another are important to us. There is no place for us for racism, sexism, homophobia or other discriminatory ideologies. Ideally, you are female-identifying/FLINTA and between 23 and 28 years old, have already gained shared flat experience and are also looking for a relaxed and warm home in the long term.
