2 rooms apartment

Our current apartment:
We live in a bright, modern 2-room apartment of approximately 55 sqm in Wiedikon, on Stationsstrasse. It was fully renovated in 2023 and features a terrace with enough space for outdoor dining and a small grill, or a cosy seating area. The building has an elevator and shared laundry facilities. The location is very well connected, with several blue-zone and paid parking options nearby. We also currently rent a covered parking space for CHF 200/month, which could potentially be taken over together with the apartment.

What we're looking for:
We are a couple looking for a larger home, ideally at least 3 rooms, in Zurich Kreis 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10. We would prefer an apartment with outdoor space, such as a balcony or terrace.
