The "Lichtwerk" is a curved house in the shape of a ship with a glass front at Seestrasse 163, in the first row of houses on Lake Zurich. The apartment is located on the second upper floor. It measures 76 square meters: a living and dining room of 43 square meters, a new kitchen, one bedroom with dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC and a pantry. A curved balcony of 34 square meters runs around the apartment. Included are two parking spaces in the underground garage and a cellar compartment, which is equipped with a workbench and heavy-duty shelving. From the living room, you can see the lake and the opposite shore. It is a 3-minute walk to the shore and into the water, and 7 min to the See-Badi. Wädenswil station is 7 min away on foot. During the day, the trains run approximately every fifteen minutes and reach Zürich Hauptbahnhof in 17 min without changing.

Unlimited. Three months notice, in writing, at the end of the month. From 1. December 3036 or earlier by arrangement.

Serafe is paid by the tenants themselves in Switzerland.
Due to the high-quality furniture, liability insurance is mandatory.
