Room in a shared flat

I, Ronja, am looking for a new female roommate (w/d) from 1 April 2027 or earlier for this beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Kehl, Baden. My current roommate is moving out, and therefore her room is becoming vacant.

I am 29 years old, love nature, value meaningful connections, and also enjoy spending time by myself. For 3 years, I have been running my own yoga studio in Baden-Dättwil (Jaya Space). Yoga has fascinated me for many years and accompanies me in everyday life. I like to be active, love to travel, discover new things, and spend time with people. At the same time, I very much enjoy arriving home, cooking, drinking a tea, or simply spending a cozy evening on the sofa or in my room.

I like it when people enjoy meeting each other, exchanging ideas, and doing something together every now and then. However, this should in no way be a requirement, because I find it just as important that everyone has their own daily routine and enough space for themselves. I wish for a relaxed, open, and uncomplicated shared apartment (WG) where one feels at home, can be oneself, and respects each other. In general, I like things to be clean and for everyone to contribute their part to this cleanliness.

Ziva & Yoshi (13 yrs), two loving Maine Coon cat siblings, also live in this apartment. Ziva is very cuddly and likes to seek closeness; Yoshi is somewhat more independent and, in return, very communicative. For me, the two are a natural part of the home and always bring a little life and love into the apartment. It is important to me that you like having cats around you and enjoy building a good relationship with them.

The apartment is cozily furnished and has a beautiful balcony with access to a meadow. We live quietly and in a green area, close to the forest. A pond is reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot, a skate park and a sports facility in approx. 10 minutes. By bicycle or public transport, you are at Baden station in about 10 minutes. There are many shopping facilities nearby: Lidl, Migros VOI, Coop gas station, or otherwise at Baden station.

Move-in: 1 February or 1 March 2027 (earlier move-in from 1 December 2026 can be discussed)
