3 ½ rooms apartment

We (29, m from Switzerland & 28, w from Argentina) are looking for a new flatmate for a room in our beautiful apartment in the Breitenrain-Quartier.

The room & the apartment
Room: 18.3 m², furnished with bed frame, mattress and built-in wardrobe. The room has a nice, bright window.
Rent: CHF 760.– / month incl. utilities, Serafe and private liability insurance (excl. electricity).
Apartment: 3 separate bedrooms, a shared dining area with kitchen, one bathroom with shower as well as two balconies. A washing machine is available in the cellar.
Move-in: From 1 November (an earlier move-in is possible by arrangement).
Location: Migros, Denner and Coop are reachable within a few minutes' walk. To Bern station you need approx. 10 minutes by public transport or bicycle.

The WG life
We wish for an open, hospitable atmosphere and an active coexistence. For us, this includes:
Spontaneous shared cooking when the opportunity arises.
A shared vegetable subscription as well as interest in a small mushroom and herb cultivation on the balcony.
A warm welcome culture: We like to host travelers via Couchsurfing or Warmshowers for a few days. Of course, you can also receive your own visitors at any time by arrangement!
A sustainable everyday life and a clearly regulated, weekly cleaning plan that is adhered to pragmatically and without an unnecessary drama factor.
An uncomplicated togetherness with cozy evenings, but also the possibility for mutual withdrawal.
