Room in a shared flat

In our modern and cozy 3-person shared flat, a room will become available as of 1 November 26, as I am leaving the shared flat with a heavy heart. Your possible future roommates are a medical student and a dental student. The two follow a regular daily study routine, but are always happy when you get into conversation with each other in between, and an occasional WG evening, e.g., during cooking together or an excursion to Gelateria di Berna, is also welcome. You would be right for us if you value pleasant and respectful coexistence in which everyone feels at home in the apartment, as well as bringing a certain degree of tidiness and initiative regarding housework.

The apartment is bright, modernly furnished, and offers plenty of space to feel comfortable with the spacious living and dining area. Additionally, there is now a lounge on the outdoor terrace.

The available room is approx. 16.7 m². The large glass cupboard as well as the desk and chair can be taken over if interested.

The apartment offers

• modern open kitchen with dishwasher
• cozy living room with dining area
• bathroom + separate WC
• own small laundry room with washing machine & tumbler
• plenty of storage space
• modern and well-maintained furnishings

*a cellar for storing a bicycle
