Room in a shared flat

Since I (F 21) will be doing a semester abroad in the Netherlands from January to July 2027, I am looking for a likable person to take over my room in our 2-person shared apartment for this period. **The room** With its approx. 20 m², the room is nicely large, bright, and fully furnished. It offers plenty of space for living, studying, and relaxing. A special highlight is the direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun or let the day end cozily. My roommate (M23) also uses the balcony. We have always coordinated this uncomplicatidly with each other so far, and that is how it should remain. **The apartment and location** The shared apartment room is part of a 2-person WG in a 3-room apartment. Our apartment is located near Loryplatz and is ideally situated. Various shopping facilities as well as bus and tram are reachable in just a 2-minute walk. With public transport, you are in Bern city center in around 10 minutes. In addition, the apartment includes: * a beautiful communal garden * a cellar compartment * an attic * a cozy and well-equipped apartment with everything one needs in everyday life **Your future roommate** You would live together with my roommate. I am 21 years old and he is 23 years old, and we study at PH Bern. Living together is uncomplicated and pleasant. Each person has their own space, but at the same time, we also value exchanging with one another. For us, the WG is more than just a place to sleep. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is interested in friendly communal living. It would be nice to encounter each other in the kitchen every now and then, cook together, drink a coffee, or also do something together sometimes. Of course, everything is voluntary and each person has their own daily routine. **Who we are looking for** We are looking for a person between 20 and 30 years old who wants to become part of our WG for the six months and take over my room. It is important to us that you are reliable, handle the apartment and the shared items with care, and contribute to a pleasant WG life.
