The room is
In our cosy 4-person shared flat, a beautiful room will become available from the beginning of November to the end of December 2026, as Andreas will be housesitting during this time.
The room is approx. 13 m² in size, bright, and will be rented out fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.).
The apartment features a large living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and dryer, a loggia, as well as a shared roof terrace.
The apartment is located on the 13th floor and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
Altstetten station is reachable on foot in approx. 8 minutes and shopping facilities such as Aldi or Letzipark are only about 5 minutes away on foot.
