Ideal location: approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Yvonand station. 5 minutes by car from Yverdon and 5 minutes from the lake. Available in the village: Migros, Coop, Denner, dairy, doctors, dentists, beautician, therapists ... Only for non-smokers and vegetarians. Ideal for weekly residents, registration of residence is not possible. House rules: No smoking. No pets. Cleaning of common areas to be done by oneself. Availability: Immediately or by arrangement.
