Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a joyous (preferably) woman to join our "WG" / flat share in the Lochergut area.

Our dream flatmate is open-minded, curious, outdoorsy, kind, empathic and a great communicator. You love deep conversations as much as dancing in the kitchen and a good laugh. Superficial conversations bore you. ;-)

You are in a place in your life, where you know what you want and confidently go after your dreams. Growth mindset and (grounded) spirituality are things that you value, actively explore and love to discuss/exchange about.

Ideally, you are so at peace with yourself and so free, that you don't look to alcohol or drugs to loosen up. ;-)

The aim of the WG (flat share) is for it to feel more like friends living together. That's why we are looking for a like-minded person with similar values.

A little bit more about the room and the flat:

Your room is 12m2, bright, with afternoon sun and lovely high ceilings. The rent is CHF 630.- (includes electricity, water and internet), excluded is Serafe, heating costs and other irregular costs that might come up, we split them equally amongst each other. The current flatmate is taking all her furniture with her, so the room will be unfurnished.

The building itself is a bit older, so no dishwasher, but we do have a very sunny balcony towards the courtyard with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes ripening in the summer. Let me be upfront, unfortunately, we don't have a living room, that's why the rent is cheap for the area. But the light-filled kitchen has a nook with a table and a few chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub :-) and there is a washer and tumbler in the cellar, that anyone can use at anytime (no dedicated days) with a special key that we have to top up (meaning the cost for washing is excluded in the rent). Several parks, a Coop (open till 10 pm), a pharmacy, bakeries, many cafés and restaurants are just around the corner.

You would be living with two open-minded, life loving women. We are looking for someone who is more on the extroverted side, who loves to connect, go dancing, have deep conversations and regular dinners together,... Of course, we all also need and enjoy our own time and space. We are not a party house. It's a predominately vegetarian, organic, non-smoking household, and there is little to no alcohol. We have a weekly cleaning plan that switches every month - if you constantly have to be reminded to do your part, then this is not the right place, your lease will be terminated. We had too many discussions about this in the past. ;-) Swiss or foreigners are welcome, but you have to intend to stay for at least two years.

Now a bit more about us:

Michelle, 31, from the Netherlands, just started working as a vet here. She's into spirituality, health, dancing and loves spending time in nature and going on hikes. She just recently moved in, so it's a new constellation for everyone.

I'm Jasmin, 40, originally Swiss, lived several years abroad. A passionate explorer, from exploring the human mind and soul, to music, and the beauty of this world. I love hiking, waterfalls, magical forests and mountain lakes, as well as just trying new things.
I've turned my passion into my profession and work part-time as a coach from home as well as part-time in a nearby school. The last years have been heavily influenced by Taoism, somatic approaches, nervous system regulation, mindset work and training in communication and leadership skills. On average, I'll see 1 to 2 concerts a week ;-) and I love dancing.
