3 rooms apartment

While we are traveling, we are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful old building apartment near the "Kronenstrasse" stop in 8006 Zürich. 3 rooms are being rented, one of which is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the apartment includes 2 balconies, one bathroom, and a small separate WC. In the third room (next to the living and bedroom) there is a 140cm guest bed if required, furthermore we have a washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located in the city center in Zürich; you can reach the HB in 5min by bike, ETH-UZH/USZ in 5-10min, and it is a good 5min walk to the Limmat or the Flussbad oberen Letten. We are traveling on Monday 10.08. and returning on 27.09., which is therefore the maximum availability of the apartment. Regarding the exact rental duration between these dates, we are flexible - monthly the rent incl. utilities is 2700.- Are you looking for a temporary apartment during this time or are you spending the summer in Zürich?
