Located just 9 minutes by Tram 14 from Zürich HB, Zurich’s main railway station, this home offers an ideal balance of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. The neighborhood is lively and well connected, with charming cafés, diverse restaurants, and bars nearby, while the apartment itself provides the peace and quiet that can be difficult to find in central Zurich.

The rent is all-inclusive, with all costs and utilities included.

Public transport connections are excellent, making it easy to reach ETH, UZH, and other parts of the city.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich and am looking for a quiet, respectful, and tidy flatmate, preferably someone affiliated with ETH or UZH. A calm living environment is important to me, and parties are not permitted in the apartment.
