From 1 October, a furnished shared apartment room in a high-quality apartment at Dufourstrasse, 8008 Zürich, is offered for a limited period as a sublet. The apartment is located in an absolute top location in Zürcher Seefeld / Riesbach, only a few steps from the lake.
The room is approx. 15 m² in size and part of a modern, approx. 101 m² apartment with underfloor heating, private laundry tower, cellar compartment, as well as an optional underground parking space.
The living room, kitchen, balcony and the bathroom may, of course, be shared, as well as the bathtub in the second bathroom if required. The apartment is high-quality equipped, including a Philips Hue lighting system, 77-inch LG TV with sound system as well as Dyson devices. For the floors, a Dreame robot vacuum cleaner that also mops is additionally available, which keeps the cleaning effort pleasantly low.
Important info: The apartment is a cat household, therefore a person is sought who feels comfortable with cats. Despite being a cat household, the apartment is always very clean and well-maintained, without typical pet odors.
