Room in a shared flat

We are Salome (22) and Zoe (24) and are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat in Winterthur. Your future room is 13.6 m² in size. The entire apartment has an area of 109 m² with two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a private laundry room, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Additionally, a basement compartment belongs to the apartment and there is a shared bicycle room for all tenants in the house. Our shared flat is located in the Mattenbach quarter. By bike, you can reach the old town in about 8 minutes and the main station in about 12 minutes. By bus, you can reach the main station in about 10 minutes. A bus stop and a Migros are located directly nearby. We also have a beautiful forest right around the corner. In our shared flat, we value a humorous, harmonious, and respectful coexistence. We enjoy spending time together at home, as well as outside the shared flat. However, it is also very important to us that one can withdraw at any time if one needs some time for oneself.
