Room in a shared flat

Welcome to Château Rychenberg! ;)

We – Nico and Larry – are still barely members of the U30 club. Within our four walls, we take things rather cozily. We meet up every now and then for cooking together, watching films, or for spontaneous, humorous, but also profound conversations. Outside of our apartment, we are all the more active: We do a lot of sports, go hiking, like to travel - it can also be a rave sometimes. In addition, we are always on the lookout for good drinks and fine food in the surrounding area.

Now we are looking for a new female roommate or a new male roommate for our shared apartment at Rychenbergstrasse as of 02.01.2027.

What is important to us in living together? Order and cleanliness in the common rooms, respectful and considerate interaction, open communication, a sense of responsibility and, of course, a healthy dose of humor.

Something else you should know: We both plan to move in together with our girlfriends around May 2027. This gives you or you (plural) the chance to take over the shared apartment completely from that point onwards. We are happy to discuss the exact details together.

Have we been able to pique your interest?

If yes, we look forward to hearing from you! If no, just read the text a few more times. ;)
