3 ½ rooms apartment

Furnished 3.5-room apartment in Kreis 4 – limited to 6 months
We are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Kreis 4 for a limited period from the end of December 2026 to June/July 2027.

Due to a clever room separation, there are three enclosed, approximately equally sized rooms. Currently, we use them as a living room, dining and dressing room, as well as a bedroom. The bedroom is located on the quiet courtyard side.

The apartment is rented out completely furnished. The cellar compartment is not part of the sublet, as we require it for the storage of our personal belongings during this time.

We are looking for a reliable and careful person or a couple who will treat our apartment and especially the high-quality furniture with care during our absence.
