The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area and offers the perfect combination of central city life and plenty of peace and greenery. A special highlight is the direct access to the garden, which invites you to relax, eat outside, or simply enjoy the quiet surroundings.

We particularly like the location: Schaffhauserplatz with shopping facilities, cafés, and restaurants is quickly accessible, as are the Irchelpark and the Limmat/Letten for walks, jogging, or a dip in the water in summer.
