Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 9m2 in size and offers enough space for the essentials. The apartment has a large, bright living room with an exit to a small balcony, a rather small bathroom, and a kitchen with a beautiful view. I am looking for someone between 20 and 30 who is open, uncomplicated, and suitable for a shared flat. Since it is a smaller shared flat, it is important to me that people get along well: not just a purely functional shared flat, but a place where one likes to cook together, chat, or spend a cozy evening. I am Valentin, 25 years old. In my free time, I am enthusiastic about almost every sport – from ice hockey to American football. I like being on the go, but I equally appreciate a relaxed evening at home.
