The apartment will be completely renovated before occupancy, kitchen and bathroom new. The photos are only example images and show how it will look afterwards. Move-in date: expected beginning of January 2027, it is not yet definite. I currently still live in another apartment in the same property and I am allowed to offer it for exchange. Pets only with the consent of the landlord - you would have to clarify that directly with them. I am looking for: a 3.5- to 5-room apartment in Steinhausen or surroundings (Cham, Baar, Hünenberg), up to approx. CHF 2'600.
