🏠 Shared apartment in Chur is dissolving and looking for new tenants!

Our beautiful apartment in Chur is looking for people who want to start a new shared apartment, a couple, or a family! :)
We are moving out at the end of December, which is why a total of three rooms will become available. For a shared apartment: As the main tenant, you can take over the apartment and simultaneously help decide who should move into the two other rooms.
For a couple or family - you can decide for yourselves how you want to handle that ;)

The apartment offers plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere:

large living room with an adjacent, spacious kitchen
3 rooms, of which 2 rooms are located upstairs on the gallery, which is accessible via a staircase
balcony
2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub
own washing machine in the apartment
cellar compartment for additional storage space
separate storage room for bicycles
quiet location in Chur
certain pieces of furniture can be taken over upon move-in
shopping facilities approx. 10 minutes away
Postauto stop approx. 10 minutes away
Bus stop approx. 5 minutes and 12 minutes away
7 minutes from the Old Town

Rent:
We have divided it like this:
Room 1 and 2: 750 CHF / month
Room 3: 613 CHF / month (smaller room)
Total rent: 2‘113 CHF
Ultimately, you can of course decide on the division!

We are currently three people:
Leo (23) and Andrina (23) both study Multimedia Production in the 5th semester. Recha (26) works as a coach for high-performance athletes in the field of snowboarding.

Since we are all moving out at the end of December, we are now looking for latecomers!
