We are renting a 4-room apartment in Vonwil/ Lachen as a temporary shared apartment starting from 01. August 2026. The apartment is in a simple and functional standard and is ideally suited for students, interns, commuters, or an existing shared apartment group looking for an affordable and practical living solution. The tenancy is limited until 31. August 2027, as a renovation of the apartment is planned at a later date. The apartment offers: * 4 separate rooms * Kitchen for shared use * Bathroom with bathtub and WC * Separate bathroom with shower and WC * Balcony * Cellar compartment * Washing machine and dryer available * Practical equipment for a shared apartment * Good connections to the city center * Shopping facilities and public transport nearby Rent: Rooms from approx. CHF 500-600 per month, depending on room size. Important: We prefer applications from an existing group of 4 people who want to take over the apartment together as a shared apartment. Individual applications are also possible if they result in a suitable shared apartment group.
