1 ½ rooms apartment

Since I will be in the USA for a research stay at NASA for about half a year, I would like to sublet my apartment in Aarau for this period. **About the apartment:** This is a modern, furnished 1.5-room studio apartment in Aarau. The apartment is a new building and was only completed last month. * only approx. 5 minutes walking distance from Aarau station * 38.6 m² total area, of which approx. 25.5 m² is living space * very bright with large windows * modern and very well insulated * completely furnished **Features:** The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, cooking utensils and consumables. Directly in the apartment, there is also a storage room with cleaning utensils and its own laundry tower. In the living/sleeping area, there is a 140 cm wide bed and a fully equipped office setup. **Period:** End of September 2026 to end of March 2027 **Costs** CHF 1600.- incl. utilities, internet & solar power
