Room in a shared flat

In our beautiful, heritage-protected villa, a room in the ground floor apartment is becoming available! The house is located only a 3-minute walk from the Sursee train station – the Surseepark with all its shopping facilities is equally close. The charming old town can be reached in about 10 minutes and the lake in approx. 15 minutes. A small forest with a Vitaparcours as well as the nearby sports hall (bouldering, paddling, badminton) or the Aquaparc nearby make the location even more attractive.

About your flatmates:
We are three uncomplicated people, two men & one woman between 25 and 26 years old. We are all three employed. We appreciate spontaneous encounters, but also enjoy sitting together and planning activities together. We keep the common rooms clean with a chore plan. In summer (or also in autumn, spring & winter), we enjoy barbecuing on our great veranda.

We are looking for:
An open, uncomplicated person who is interested in relaxed flatshare life. There are no special requirements – the main thing is that you fit in personally.

Good to know:
Included in the price are internet, Netflix, waste stamps, washing detergent and other household basics. In the living room, there is a TV with access to the common streaming providers – perfect for shared movie nights or chill Sundays.

Move-in date:
January 2027 or by arrangement. If you are interested, we are happy to clarify this via Whatsapp/ telephone or during a viewing appointment.
