Electricity costs are extra. Total apartment cost is 1050 CHF/month. Cellar included. If desired, a garage for one car is available at a price of 130 CHF/month. A 3-month deposit including expenses in advance is mandatory, via bank transfer or Firstcaution. For those who do not know Firstcaution, it is a deposit guarantee insurance that costs around 150/200 CHF/year and replaces the guarantee deposit equal to 3 months. Minimum 2-year contract. No subletting or Airbnb accepted. Condominium laundry room, as there is no space in the apartment for a washing machine. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. For animals, the landlord's permission is required.
